After more than ten years of development, the development of China's PV application market has changed from the original pursuit of scale to the current pursuit of power generation quality. In the development process of the entire power station operation and maintenance, from manpower inspection to drone inspection, from time-consuming and inefficient to efficient and simple, from decentralized management to centralized management, intelligence has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people. "Smart PV Industry Development Action Plan (2018-2020)", the document pointed out that China's photovoltaic industry needs to upgrade from automation to intelligence, and accelerate the realization of intelligent manufacturing and intelligent applications.

Sobi Photovoltaic Network Interview: Taoke Green Power Network 3.0 System Helps Intelligent Operatio
- Company News 2018/07/16 -
At SNEC, Sobi Photovoltaic Network conducted an exclusive interview with Taobao CEO:
TAOKE CEO Lu Jianzhou: Amoy is a company specializing in the operation and maintenance management platform of photovoltaic power plants. It has been more than 9 years since 2010. It is the first company to carry out this business in China, and it has also created a lot from the field of R&D. Innovation, then we are still working hard to improve the service and system of the operation and maintenance management platform. Apart from China, we have made great progress in some areas in Japan and Southeast Asia. For enterprises, we are gradually moving towards globalization. In the future, with the help of this exhibition, I hope that enterprises will have a faster development speed in the Chinese market.
Sobi Photovoltaic Reporter: Did Taobao bring new products to the show?
TAOKE CEO Lu Jianzhou: First, we released the Green Power Network 3.0 system. Our management platform from the 1.0 system originally released at the end of 2010 to the current 3.0 is a big breakthrough, continuous self-improvement, self-iteration;
In addition, the exhibition also released a message: the application of AI in the photovoltaic system is the focus of this promotion is more in line with the positioning of a "Smart PV Guardian".
Sobi Photovoltaic Reporter: So what do you think is the current status of China's PV market operation and maintenance?
TAOKE CEO Lu Jianzhou: At present, China's operation and maintenance market is still moving in the direction of intelligence, but from the current point of view, there is still a long way to go to achieve true intelligence, or directional Need a lot of adjustments, then Amoy began to work hard on AI intelligent operation and maintenance since the end of last year, mainly because the operation and maintenance needs of photovoltaic power plants need to be based on the characteristics of each power station. This is the most fundamental problem. Various problems, alarm management, are based on some benchmarks of the industry, or some industry characteristics, rather than the characteristics of a single power station as the basis for its management, then the use of AI is actually based on the individual power plant itself. The characteristics are analyzed and the operation and maintenance management becomes more intelligent, and no manual intervention is required. This is a relatively big breakthrough.
Sobi Photovoltaic Reporter: In addition to AI, what are the competitive advantages of Taoke's products compared to other products?
TAOKE CEO Lu Jianzhou: The core of the nine-year development of the company is the stability of its products. The products are constantly updated and iterative to keep up with the market. For 9 years, Amoy still holds the leading position in the industry in terms of technology and services, reflecting the main value of Taoke. On the other hand, Amoy is more refined in terms of detailing. This is mainly because we are entering the Japanese market (discovered). We have made significant improvements to the products because Japanese customers have higher requirements than (domestic), for details. The pursuit is very high, then we have made significant improvements in the market in order to meet the needs of the Japanese market. By this year we have been in the top three positions in Japan, and that our products have been recognized by a large number of Japanese customers. .
Sobi Photovoltaic Reporter: We all say that domestic market use and distribution are very hot, then what problems do you think are in the PV operation and maintenance of the household distributed market? What are the difficulties that need to be solved?
TAOKE CEO Lu Jianzhou: At present, the first thing we need to solve is a distributed management problem. For the household power station, to tell the truth, its cost investment problem, I want to solve the problem well in the short term, mainly rely on the product (inverter) And the product quality of the component itself to meet), then the distributed power station is what we urgently need to solve. These investments may involve a relatively large investment of the enterprise. In this case, we think that the current distributed power station The management level is actually uneven, why do you say that? There is a 10%-20% difference in the development level of distributed power plants in the whole industry. This difference represents the inconsistency of management level, or the difference in management level is very large, so in this case there is no technology to let The management of the industry is more simple, or it can reduce the requirements for the operation and maintenance personnel. This is a very important point. The distributed power station is growing by tens of thousands or even hundreds of thousands of power stations every year. After several years of development, In the future, a million or more, how many practitioners are needed under this type of power station. These people cannot be very professional personnel, so it is necessary to adopt a kind of person who must be able to participate in this management. Come, to reduce the level of management requirements, in order to achieve a good management and control of the future photovoltaic power plant.
Sobi Photovoltaic Reporter: The PV operation and maintenance market has entered a big data era. What do you think is the role of this big data?
TAOKE CEO Lu Jianzhou: Big data plays a big role, mainly in several aspects. One is the use of operation and maintenance AI, which requires big data completely, because it is a lot of learning data from the past to generate a The intelligent system, the second aspect will have a great effect on the evaluation of the power station in the future. It is reasonable to analyze the level of the power station based on a large amount of data, and big data can also improve the product, such as components. And the improvement of these products of the inverter, or the evaluation of the existing technical level, can play a big role, but at present the data openness of the whole industry is not enough, or the importance of the data It is still far from enough, so it has not been fully utilized yet. Amoy will continue to do some work in this area. I hope that these big data can be taken from the people and used in the future. Our data itself is the customer's data on the platform from which I manage it, so the amount of data in the ocean should be valued and then fed back to these users, so that they can better choose products or produce and manufacture products. This will have a greater meaning.
I look forward to the follow-up action of Taoke. Thank you all!
